Oodles meets with property management or the condo HOA to review the parking site and propose a custom EV charging configuration.

Oodles installs EV charging hardware, then activates and configures each station with user profiles and property-specific rates for electricity.

Resident EV drivers pay a monthly amenity fee and for any charging sessions with the Oodles mobile app or an RFID card.  Residents can also use the Oodles mobile app to make a reservation for a charging session, if needed.

Oodles Energy authorizes and processes resident payments, and reimburses the property owner for electricity usage.

The property owner pays a monthly subscription fee to Oodles for 24/7 maintenance and operations support.
